Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are at least 16 years of age.
Website World reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time.

Website World is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry, and no responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website errors – proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the giveaway or competition.

You may be asked to provide photographic evidence to authenticate your ID.
No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Media Entity.
Prizes must be claimed within 5 calendar days or the prize is forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Website design and hosting package terms:

• Premium business grade SSL web hosting for (1 year)

• Package does not include domain name registration or transfer.

Hosting fees are non refundable. You will receive our Premium Business Grade SSL Web Hosting for one year only. There will be no refund for any unused portion should you choose to cancel or no longer require your website.
You must notify Website World two weeks prior to your hosting anniversary date via email if you want to change plans, failing which we will not be obliged to make any changes.
يجب عليك دفع تكاليف أي حركة مرور زائدة على اسم المجال الخاص بك، والتغيير إلى خطة استضافة أعلى تحسبًا لزيادة حركة المرور لفترة طويلة إذا تجاوزت خطة استضافة Premium Business Grade الخاصة بك.
لا يتحمل موقع Website World مسؤولية أي خسارة في الدخل أو أي خسارة أخرى، مباشرة أو لاحقة، تتعرض لها نتيجة لتوقف موقع الويب الخاص بك أو فقدانه، بسبب:

• suspension of your hosting for failure to pay your fees on time           
• هجمات القراصنة،
• crash of your server, or
• لأي سبب آخر خارج عن سيطرة موقع الويب العالمي.

في نهاية فترة الاستضافة السنوية التي تبلغ مدتها عامًا واحدًا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن أي تكاليف تشغيل أو إدارة لموقع الويب الخاص بك.
تُفرض جميع الرسوم مُسبقًا، وتُنشر كشوفات الحساب في نهاية الشهر التقويمي. يجب عليك دفع جميع الرسوم المُضافة إلى كشف حسابك قبل إلغاء الاستضافة، حتى لو لم تستلم كشف الحساب بعد.
