Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are at least 16 years of age.
Website World reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time.

Website World is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry, and no responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website errors – proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the giveaway or competition.

No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Media Entity.
Prizes must be claimed within 5 calendar days or the prize is forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Website design and hosting package terms:

• Package does not include domain name registration or transfer.

Hosting fees are non refundable. You will receive our Premium Business Grade SSL Web Hosting for one year only. There will be no refund for any unused portion should you choose to cancel or no longer require your website.
You must notify Website World two weeks prior to your hosting anniversary date via email if you want to change plans, failing which we will not be obliged to make any changes.
如果超出域名流量限制，您需要支付超出部分的费用；如果流量持续增长超过您的高级商务级主机方案，您需要升级到更高级别的主机方案以应对流量增长。
Website World 对因以下原因导致您的网站停机或丢失而造成的任何收入损失或其他直接或间接损失概不负责：

• suspension of your hosting for failure to pay your fees on time           
• 黑客攻击
• crash of your server, or
• 因任何其他超出网站世界控制范围的原因。

一年期托管期结束后，您将负责网站的所有运行或管理费用。
