Website Worldのプレゼントおよびコンテスト（「プロモーション」）の利用規約：

プロモーションに参加することにより、これらの利用規約に同意したことになります。
Entry is free, no purchase is necessary.Entry is open to New Zealand residents only who are at least 16 years of age.
Website World reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time.

Website World is not liable for any person’s inability to complete entry, and no responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website errors – proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated on the giveaway or competition.

Website World の決定はすべての事項において最終的なものであり、これに対する問い合わせは受け付けられません。
You may be asked to provide photographic evidence to authenticate your ID.
No prize draws, promotions or competitions are in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or any other Social Media Entity.
Prizes must be claimed within 5 calendar days or the prize is forfeited.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Website design and hosting package terms:

当社のウェブサイトデザインおよびホスティング パッケージには以下が含まれます。

• Premium business grade SSL web hosting for (1 year)

• Package does not include domain name registration or transfer.

Hosting fees are non refundable. You will receive our Premium Business Grade SSL Web Hosting for one year only. There will be no refund for any unused portion should you choose to cancel or no longer require your website.
You must notify Website World two weeks prior to your hosting anniversary date via email if you want to change plans, failing which we will not be obliged to make any changes.
ドメイン名の超過トラフィックのコストを支払う必要があり、プレミアム ビジネス グレードのホスティング プランを超える場合は、長期的なトラフィックの増加を見込んで、より上位のホスティング プランに変更する必要があります。
Website World は、以下の原因によるウェブサイトのダウンタイムまたは損失の結果としてお客様が被った直接的または結果的な収益損失またはその他の損失について責任を負いません。

• suspension of your hosting for failure to pay your fees on time           
• ハッカーによる攻撃、
• crash of your server, or
• Website World の管理外のその他の理由によります。

1 年間の年間ホスティング期間の終了時には、Web サイトの運営コストや管理コストはお客様のご負担となります。
すべての料金は前払いとなり、月末に明細書が発行されます。明細書をまだ受け取っていなくても、ホスティングをキャンセルする前に、明細書に記載されているすべての料金をお支払いいただく必要があります。
